Or you can bake fairy cakes\, buns\, flapjacks\, make chocolate crispies\, make fruit sticks\, prepare vegan friendly goods…. or just buy them and add a few sprinkles of your own to customise! It all helps. All funds from your year group sales goes directly to your years class. So if you want more books\, or particular equipment you can make that happen. \nWhat to make?\nWell if its almost Halloween\, anything scary is great! Cakes like eyeballs\, yep you name it! Remember parents like yummy treats too. Bring your donations in a tupperware / box\, label with your name on the morning of the sale or 10 mins before the sale. You can collect boxes after the weekend from the reception where we stash all cake boxes afterwards so no need to hang around on a Friday.

DESCRIPTION:  \nHow many pancake flips can you complete in 1 minute? \nOn Friday 9th February each class will complete a timed pancake flip competition during the school day. Can you help raise funds for The PTA by asking your friends and family to sponsor you? The most successful pancake flipper for each school year will receive a prize (sponsored by The Boathouse) \nThe sponsorship money raised from our pancake flipping competition will go towards school equipment. Last year the money raised went towards a range of up-to-date cooking\, baking and prepping equipment for the whole school to use and enjoy\, chosen by the School Council. \nhttps://www.justgiving.com/campaign/pancakeflipchallenge2024/donate \n  \nUPDATE: A grand total of £405 was raised by our fantastic pancake flippers in 2023! SUMMARY:Year 3 Bake Sale
DESCRIPTION:Come and support the Year 3 parents and carers at Topsham School by buying cakes\, and help them raise funds for the year 3 classroom on Friday 26th January 2024.  The Bake Sale is held at 3:30pm at the front of the school. Treat yourselves to a bun or cupcake\, Vegans are catered for too just ask. So bring a box and take a couple of them for your tea! \nHow can you help?\nLet your PTA year rep know that you can be on hand for 30 mins for selling cakes and clearing up and counting funds afterwards. Or you can bake fairy cakes\, buns\, flapjacks\, make chocolate crispies\, make fruit sticks\, prepare vegan friendly goods…. or just buy them and add a few sprinkles of your own to customise! It all helps. All funds from your year group sales goes directly to your years class. So if you want more books\, or particular equipment you can make that happen. \nWhat to make?\nWell if its halloween\, anything scary is great! Cakes like eyeballs\, yep you name it! Easter\, stick a chocolate egg on top! It’s too hot for cakes\, well even a few fruit sticks is refreshing. Remember parents like yummy treats too. Bring your donations in a tupperware / box\, label with your name on the morning of the sale or 10 mins before the sale. You can collect boxes after the weekend from the reception where we stash all cake boxes afterwards so no need to hang around on a Friday.

DESCRIPTION:Roll Up! Roll Up!\nCome to the famous and fabulous Topsham School Summer Fayre!\nA fiesta of fun and fundraising by your local PTA. Held at the Topsham School\, Orchard Way\, Topsham. FREE ENTRY.\n \nFeaturing a wide range of games and entertainment including:  bouncy castle\, soft archery\, face painting\, hair feathers\, treasure hunt\, ice cream van\, BBQ and bar\, wheelbarrow of booze grand raffle draw\, popcorn and candy floss stall\, jolly jars\, hook-a-duck\, 2nd hand toy and book stall\, crafts and much more. \n \n The Topsham Summer Fayre is a great way to have fun with family and friends\, indulge in the food and drink offerings while the children enjoy the games and entertainment. There is also a generous raffle featuring prizes donated by local businesses.\nThis event is organised by the school’s PTA and can raise £1000s for school. To read more about what your donations mean to the school read more HERE \n \nStalls include:\n\nBBQ\nBar\nSweets\nStalls\nGames\nTreasure Hunt\nJolly Jam Jars\nHook-A-Duck\nCrafts\nPlus much\, much more!\n\nSave your pocket money kids\, and swap for tokens to spend at this year’s Summer Fayre! \n \nThis is the main fundraiser for your School PTA. Your money goes towards… \n\nEducational materials (books\, classroom equipment\, sports equipment)\nSchool trips\nPlayground equipment\nSchool renovation projects\nSchool costs\n\nYour PTA supports learning by funding technology\, books\, art supplies\, science equipment\, or even items for our outdoor learning. \nSports and activities are often fundraised for; like sports kits\, equipment\, playground toys\, and even swimming lessons. \nWe’ve also spent money on school improvement for example library seating\, and furniture. One of the most commonly funded is playground improvement such as the Key Stage 1 painted play areas and the wooden climbing frame. \nMoney towards things to do can help support the learning such as visits from authors\, a trip to the theatre\, a panto visit\, or even a day at the zoo. \nLast but not least there are always fun extras that can enhance the experience of each child; Christmas goodies\, Easter eggs for a treasure hunt\, ice lollies on sports day\, rainy day games\, leavers’ gifts\, and a top-up of fruit every week. \n  \n  \n \n    \n  \nWe have had some great prizes and great support from businesses in Topsham and throughout the South West. se wish to say a huge thank you to all our sponsors this year. \n  \n
